Kept Records

A short ledger: the traces your visit leaves, and the house rules for anyone reading.

Nothing you hand over

There is no sign-up box, no comment field and no form on these sheets. The only personal details the association ever receives are the ones you choose to put in a letter to contato@betweenbreakfasts.com, and those are used to answer you and kept no longer than the conversation needs.

What the machinery notes on its own

Cloudflare carries these sheets to your screen, and its servers keep short technical logs (an IP address, the browser type, the time of the request) to deliver and protect the site. The typefaces come from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them. Neither service receives anything from the association about you.

Your say over your data

The association handles personal data under Brazil's Law No. 13.709/2018. You may find out what it holds on you, request that a wrong entry be fixed or the whole entry deleted, or learn what it is used for, by writing to the address above; the association answers inside fifteen business days. Anyone who finds that answer wanting may take the matter to Brazil's national data protection authority, the ANPD.

Conditions for reading

The sheets are general reading for adults and are not advice about anyone's own health. You may share links to them freely; copying whole pages elsewhere needs written permission. The association may revise any sheet and will date the change at the top of the cover.
